Country Charm Event Venue offers five acres of outdoor space where your employees can eat, play games, bring their families and simply enjoy spending time together away from work.
Need an indoor option, too? Our reception hall accommodates up to 150 guests, so you can combine indoor and outdoor spaces—or have a comfortable backup plan if Missouri weather decides not to cooperate.

A great company picnic doesn’t need to be complicated. Bring everyone together for lunch, games, conversation and a day away from the usual routine.
With five acres of outdoor space plus our indoor reception hall, you can spread out outdoors while still having a comfortable place for food, seating or a break from the weather.
Your venue rental includes:

- Normal post-event venue cleaning
Bring in your favorite caterer, order from a local restaurant, fire up your own picnic menu, or keep things simple with sandwiches and snacks. You choose the food that works for your group and your budget.

FAQ
How many people can attend a company picnic?
Country Charm’s indoor reception hall accommodates up to 150 guests, and our five-acre property gives you plenty of additional room for outdoor activities. You can use the indoor space, outdoor areas, or a combination of both depending on your event.
What happens if it rains?
Missouri weather doesn’t always cooperate! Because your event includes access to our indoor reception hall, you’ll have an indoor space available for food, seating and activities if the weather changes.
Outdoor activities, including the obstacle-course bounce houses, are weather dependent.
Can we bring our own food or caterer?
Yes. You’re welcome to bring in the caterer or food option that works best for your group. Catered meals, restaurant delivery, picnic-style food and food you provide yourself are all welcome.
Kitchen access is included with your venue rental. If you use the kitchen, you’ll simply need to clean it and remove all food and beverages when your event is over.
Can we bring alcohol?
Yes. Country Charm does not sell or serve alcohol, but renters may bring their own alcoholic beverages with a signed Alcohol Release and Waiver on file.

What are we responsible for cleaning up?
Before leaving, you’ll need to remove any food, beverages, personal belongings and decorations or supplies you brought with you. If you use the kitchen, it should also be cleaned before you leave.
Normal post-event venue cleaning is included with your rental. We’ll take care of sweeping, mopping, normal event trash removal and putting away any Country Charm décor used for your event.
