At Country Charm, we’ve already taken care of many of the big pieces. Our venue is decorated for the season, your tables and chairs are set up before you arrive, and you’ll have the space and amenities you need to gather, celebrate, and enjoy time with your team.

Planning Your Company Christmas Party
How many guests can Country Charm Event Venue accommodate?
Up to 150 guests, with tables and chairs set up for your group before you arrive.
How long can we rent the venue?
Choose from a 4-hour event, extended access, or full-day access. Four-hour rentals include one hour immediately before and one hour immediately after the event for personal setup and cleanup. Full-day access is 8:00 AM–midnight.
Can we bring our own food or caterer?
Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own food or work with the caterer of your choice, and you’ll have access to our catering kitchen.
Do we need to decorate?
Not unless you want to! Country Charm is already decorated for Christmas. You’re welcome to bring personal touches such as centerpieces, company signage, gifts, or other small decorations.
What is already included with our rental?
Seasonal décor, tables and chairs for up to 150 guests, table and chair setup, sound system, catering-kitchen access, free on-site parking, and private use of the venue during your event.
Can we add entertainment or activities?
Yes. Ask about options including a DJ, Coffee & Hot Chocolate Bar, and our private guided Christmas Paint Party experience.
