Every 4-hour celebration rental includes 6 total hours of venue access—one hour before your event for setup, four hours to celebrate, and one hour afterward for breakdown.

How many guests can Country Charm accommodate?
Our reception hall can accommodate up to 150 guests indoors, with five acres of outdoor space available as well.
How long is a celebration rental?
Our standard rental includes four hours of event time, plus one hour before your event for setup and one hour afterward for breakdown—for six total hours of venue access.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own food or use the caterer of your choice. Catering kitchen access is included with your rental.
Can we bring our own decorations?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to decorate Country Charm to fit your celebration and style. Event design and setup assistance is also available for an additional fee if you’d like some help.
Are tables and chairs included?
Yes. Tables and chairs for up to 150 guests are available, and we’ll set them up according to your planned layout before your event.
Can we have alcohol?
Yes. Alcohol may be brought in with a signed Country Charm Alcohol Release and Waiver. Country Charm does not sell or provide alcohol.
Can we use the outdoor space?
Yes. Country Charm sits on five acres, giving you room for outdoor activities, photos and additional event possibilities. Some outdoor setups or equipment may require advance arrangements.
Can we rent Country Charm for longer than four hours?
Yes. Full-day and extended rental options may be available. Contact us with your event date and plans and we’ll help determine the best option.
How do I reserve my date?
A 50% non-refundable reservation deposit and signed rental agreement are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before the event. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
