- 4 hours of Friday venue access for rehearsal and wedding preparation
- Full-day Saturday access from 8 AM–midnight
- Indoor or outdoor ceremony options.
- Full setup & breakdown of ceremony and reception seating
- On-site Day-of Coordination.
- We’ll be there throughout your wedding day to help keep the venue timeline on track, coordinate transitions, assist with Country Charm setup and logistics, and handle the behind-the-scenes venue details so you can stay focused on your celebration.

Pre-wedding planning support helps you prepare for your wedding through planning conversations, venue guidance, and assistance with the details that affect Country Charm. Day-of Coordination, included with our Grand Keepsake Collection, provides hands-on support throughout your wedding day to help keep the venue timeline, transitions, setup, and behind-the-scenes details on track.
What is the difference between standard décor setup and Full Event Décor Setup?
Standard décor setup, included with the Rustic Romance Collection, means we’ll set up the pre-selected Country Charm décor you chose during your décor planning appointment according to the plan we created together.
Full Event Décor Setup, included with the Grand Keepsake Collection, takes that support further. We’ll handle the setup and styling of your selected Country Charm décor throughout the ceremony and reception spaces, including centerpieces and specialty areas, so you can spend your wedding morning getting ready instead of decorating the venue.
