Our Story
Country Charm Venue is a family-owned business, started seven years ago by the Raulston family of Neosho. Their journey began when they fell in love with the charm, elegance, and rustic feel of the property. Originally a working dairy farm operated by the Brock family, they purchased the property and began the transformation from dairy farm to event venue. In 2025, original owners Oren and Sandy decided it was time to step back from the business, and ownership was taken over by Elmer and Jackie Marshall. Our goal is to continue to provide our guests with a unique experience that they will remember for years to come.
